The Beaver Grade M Dee Shackle - Galvanised 0.75t is a rated screw pin shackle for connecting slings, chain and fittings on lighter lifts. It is the 13mm x 16mm size in the range, with a 0.75t working load limit and a 16mm screw collar pin. Inside width is 28mm and inside length 54mm, so it suits smaller soft slings and hardware without crowding the pin. At 0.35kg it is easy to handle up a ladder or over the side of a boat.
Made from Grade 40 alloy steel and galvanised for better corrosion resistance, which is why these turn up on commercial fishing boats and around marine work as much as on site. Each shackle is stamped with the grade, WLL, manufacture date and body ID for traceability. Complies to AS 2741. The dee shape keeps the load in line, so keep side loading off it.
