The Beaver Grade M Dee Shackle Self Colour 3.8t is a rated screw pin shackle for straight in-line lifting and rigging connections. At 3.8t working load limit it sits in the middle of the range, with a 25mm body and a 29mm pin, so it handles solid loads without the bulk of the bigger sizes. Inside width is 51mm and inside length 95mm, which gives you room for slings, eyes and chain ends. Weight is 2.14kg.
Made from Grade 40 alloy steel with a self colour finish, and the screw collar pin makes it quick to pin up and break out on site. Grade, WLL, manufacture date and body ID are stamped into each shackle, so traceability is easy to check at inspection. Complies to AS 2741. Common in commercial fishing and marine work as well as general lifting.
