About this product
The MSA V-Gard Safety Cap in orange is a general industry hard hat for crews who need to stand out on site. Orange reads clearly against dirt, steel and low light, so it works well for spotters, traffic control and anyone marking out a role on the ground. The shell is moulded ABS plastic with the trademark V ribbing, and it is certified to AS/NZS 1801.1997 - Type 1.
The extended peak gives you a clear line of sight and keeps sun and rain off your face. Underneath, the Glaregard surface cuts reflective glare when you are working around bright ground or sheeting. Slots on both sides take earmuffs and a visor, so you can build it out for grinding, cutting or high noise work without swapping helmets. A straightforward cap for mine sites, construction and workshop use.
