The Beaver G70 Zinc Dichromate Transport Chain (Gold) in 10mm is a load restraint chain for tying down loads on trucks, trailers and floats. With a 6t lashing capacity, this is the heavier end of the range, suited to plant, steel and other loads that need more holding power than the smaller sizes. Link dimensions are 35mm F and 30mm R on 10mm material, and it runs at roughly 45m per 100kg.
The zinc dichromate gold plating makes Grade 70 chain easy to pick out on a deck from a distance, which helps when crews are checking restraint before a run. Every length is marked Grade 70 along with the size and lashing capacity. High tensile to AS/NZS 4344. This is transport chain only, so keep it off lifting jobs and use rated lifting gear instead.
