About this product
Beaver Plastic Chain - Long Link (50m Reel) in red/white is heavy duty plastic chain for cordoning off areas and marking out no-go zones on site. The red and white pattern reads as a warning at a glance, so it suits exclusion zones, pedestrian walkways and temporary barriers around plant or open excavations. It runs 50m, which is enough to string a decent run of stands or posts without joining lengths.
Link dimensions are 6mm material with a 38mm long link, 20mm wide and 8mm across the section, giving a 26.8mm inside length. The long link keeps the chain light and easy to handle, and being plastic it will not rust, mark paintwork or need any real upkeep. Worth being clear on one point: this chain is not to be used for lifting. It is barrier and demarcation gear only, so keep a rated chain sling on hand for load work.
