The Ergodyne Cooling Liner for Hard Hats is an evaporative pad that sits against your forehead inside the helmet and takes the sting out of working in the heat. Soak it in water for 2 to 5 minutes to activate, wring it out and it stays hydrated for up to 4 hours. Hook and loop closures wrap it around the suspension headband, so it goes on and comes off in seconds.
Built from lightweight cooling acrylic polymers, so it holds moisture without adding noticeable weight under the hat. One size fits all, in blue. Suits construction and trades work, maintenance, landscaping and grounds crews, assembly and fabrication, material handling, freight and baggage, warehousing and distribution, and iron and steel fabrication. When it dries out through the shift, dunk it again and you are back to cool.
