The Beaver Galvanised Proof Coil Chain - Regular Link 24mm is a heavy general purpose commercial chain for restraint, fencing, barriers and anchoring jobs where no lifting is involved. At 24mm nominal size it is the heavy end of the regular link range, with 85mm link length, 90mm outside width and 25mm material thickness. Weight works out at 7.8m/100kg, so plan your handling before you start dragging it around.
Made from low carbon steel and hot dipped galvanised, it stands up to weather and wash down better than bare chain, which suits outdoor yards and exposed sites. Keep in mind it is non-rated. There is no working load limit, and it must never be used for lifting or overhead work. For that, step up to a graded lifting chain. "Proof coil" simply refers to the consistent link count in a given length.
