About this product
The Beaver Galvanised Proof Coil Chain - Regular Link 13mm is a non-rated commercial chain for general purpose jobs around the yard, site or farm. It is made from low carbon steel with a hot dipped galvanised finish, so it handles outdoor exposure better than bare steel. At 13mm it sits at the heavier end of the regular link range, with a 46mm inside link length, 50mm outside width and 13mm material size. Roughly 28m makes up 100kg.
Important one to get straight, this chain is not suitable for lifting. Use it for securing, fencing, barriers, gates and similar holding work, and reach for a rated grade chain when a load is going in the air. The term proof coil refers to the consistent link count through a length, not a working load limit. If you need the 13mm size for its weight and reach rather than a rating, this is the chain.
