Beaver Proof Coil Chain Regular Link (50kg Pail) 8mm x Galvanised

About this product

The 8mm Beaver Proof Coil Chain Regular Link is a non-rated general purpose chain for tie-down, fencing, gate work and anything else that does not involve lifting. This size runs 40.6m per 50kg, with a 29.2mm link length, 35.8mm outside width and 7.6mm material thickness, so it threads through most standard shackles and gate hardware without fuss.

Made from low carbon steel with a galvanised finish, it handles outdoor exposure better than plain black chain. The proof coil name refers to the consistent link count through the length, which matters when you are cutting to a repeatable size. Being non-rated, it is not to be used for lifting, slinging or overhead work. If the job needs a working load limit, step up to a rated grade chain instead. For the 8mm, pick it when you want a mid weight chain that is still easy to handle by hand.
