The Beaver Self Colour Proof Coil Chain - Regular Link 20mm is a general purpose commercial chain for restraint, fencing, barriers and other non-lifting jobs around site. It is the heaviest size in the regular link range, with a 20mm nominal size, 19.8mm material thickness, 70mm link length and 72mm link width. The self colour finish leaves the steel bare, so keep it dry or oiled if it is living outdoors.
Made from low carbon steel, this chain is non-rated and must not be used for lifting or overhead work. The proof coil description refers to the consistency of the links along a length, not a load rating. At 12.6m per 100kg, the 20mm is a solid bit of chain to handle, so plan your anchor points and lengths before you start. For lifting duties, step up to a properly rated grade chain instead.
