About this product
The Beaver Self Colour Proof Coil Chain - Regular Link 3mm is a light general purpose chain for restraint, fencing, gates and everyday tie-back jobs around the yard or site. It is made from low carbon steel with a self colour finish, and at 3mm nominal size it is the lightest option in the regular link range. Link geometry is 13.1mm F and 16.6mm R, with 591m per 100kg, so it stays easy to handle and run through small fittings.
This is a non-rated chain. It carries no working load limit and must not be used for lifting. "Proof coil" refers to the consistent number of links in any given length, which keeps the chain running evenly. Self colour means bare steel, so keep it dry or coat it if it is going to live outdoors. If you need to lift a load, step up to a rated grade lifting chain instead.
